2. What you are buying
"onlythis Lifetime Access" is a one-time, indefinite unlock of the premium features of the onlythis app (digital content supplied without a physical medium): unlimited sub-tasks and progress statistics. The feature set may grow with future updates. The free core of the app remains usable without purchase.
3. Price and payment
The price is USD 7.99 (gross) — paid once. No subscription, no recurring or hidden fees. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery
Immediately after payment: the app unlocks automatically when you return from the payment page, and you receive a license key that lets you unlock onlythis on your other devices ("Restore purchase"). Keep the key safe — the app has no accounts, so the key is your only proof of purchase.
5. Right of withdrawal
By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that once it is delivered you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; for consumers in Poland: art. 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014). You give this consent by ticking the box next to the purchase button.
6. Complaints
We are liable for the conformity of the digital content with the contract. If something does not work, write to hello@everapps.app (or the seller directly: kontakt@understand.com.pl) — we will reply within 14 days. In case of non-conformity you may request that the content be brought into conformity, and where that is impossible or ineffective — a price reduction or a refund.
7. License
The unlock is for personal use — you may use it on your own devices. The license key is not intended for resale or public sharing.
8. Privacy
The app works without an account, entirely on your device, and does not track you. Payment data is processed by Stripe as a separate controller. Polish law applies; nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
